Engaged and ISO Vendors... Help!

So your #engaged and now you need to find all the things during the biggest #wedding year since forever... help!!! #2022wedding

Your #weddingvendor team is so crucial to your wedding day. There are a ton of wedding professionals eager for your business, but are they the right fit for you? It’s important to hire vendors that are the right fit for your wedding.

Your need to have a conversation with your partner; what’s your budget, theme, colors, ideal location, vision for the wedding day, so that you can be on the same page. Identify what is most important to you. Is it the food or an awesome live band? Do you envision a mountain top ceremony? Select a venue that fits your vision and will aid you in achieving your priorities… find that mountain top ceremony site! Everything else will flow around it.

If you are thinking of hiring a #weddingplanner, do that first! A wedding planner can help you find your dream ceremony site and pull together a knockout #vendorteam. A knockout vendor team will go the extra mile, reach above and beyond for you, pitch in to help, and really just make your wedding day so much smoother!

reading their reviews. Check them out on #Google, #TheKnot, #WeddingWire, #Facebook and #Instagram. If you like a vendor, but want to know more, ask for full galleries, or inquire to see more of their work. It’s also helpful to reach out to your friends and family. It’s highly likely that someone in your circle has gotten married or knows someone who has and can recommend a professional that stood out to them. Also ask if there was someone that really didn’t meet their expectations.

Talk with your booked #weddingprofessionals. Most have a list of trusted and reliable professionals they’ve worked with in the past. Word-of-mouth is valuable to wedding professionals and they won’t take your question lightly. Trust their judgment; they’ve spent hours with these folks at weddings and want the best possible outcome for the day.

If you’ve hired a planner/coordinator, your interests and well-being is our top priority. We match you with folks we know meet your personality, provide excellent service, and work within your budget. We’ll spend the time researching, contacting and making sure your vendor team is the right fit for your wedding. #P3Events has a trusted list of vendors; these folks will not disappoint! And… our list keeps growing as we continue to work with amazing vendors.

Attending #bridalshows can also be a great idea if you are eager to see what’s available all in one place! It can sometimes be overwhelming, so take 2 of your most trusted family/friends; talk with them about your vision and the professionals you want to hire first. Talk with vendors at the bridal show, get to know them and your experience with them will support your decision to book, or not. Makeup @Blush&Bride | Photo @CarlyRose

Also I think it’s important to mention; do not shy away from contacting a vendor outside of your area! Most vendors will travel to you (sometimes for an additional cost). If you have your heart set on this amazing DJ 3 hours away, call!

I can’t stress how important it is to have a knockout vendor team that will deliver! It can make or break your wedding day. So, if you’re struggling to find your vendors reach out to a wedding planner who can help you find the ones that are the right fit for you.

Most importantly, don’t rush! Do your research and comparison. Trust your intuition and your gut!
