We began working with Tracy of P3 Events almost two years before our wedding day. Throughout the entire planning process, Tracy was nothing but kind, patient, attentive, professional, and a true joy to work with. As a person who does not have the gift of artistic vision and a severe case of indecisiveness, I am so glad I was able to rely on Tracy to make our day perfect. Tracy was an integral part of planning our big day.
We're from DC and were looking for someone local to our wedding venue in Shepherdstown, WV to help us plan from out of town. I was absolutely floored by the level of detail and service that Tracy provided to our wedding day planning.
She took our concept and absolutely knocked it out of the park. The day of, it was like being a part of a fairy tale. We only hired her for planning and an hour of day-of setup, but I discovered later that she was on site for longer, helping make sure each detail was perfect.
She also has a great list of vendors she works with, and everyone she suggested was amazing. Not even one complaint here.
There are times when I questioned her judgment, and she went out of her way to ensure we were happy with the choices. We always landed back on her first suggestion, and we realized we should have listened at the beginning (burgundy runners, anyone?). She knows what she's doing!
She is an absolute dream to work with, and I would hire her for an engagement party, midsommar celebration, wedding, gala, or really any event you want to shine. Would definitely work with her again.

Hire P3. Hire P3. Hire P3! Tracy and her team at P3 events are amazing. From the moment we booked the venue, to following up with vendors a week after our wedding, Tracy was on top of every detail. She is great at helping make tough decisions, managing the budget, and making both families feel cared for and she is a STELLA designer. We had some very specific and non-traditional desires, standards, and requests. She met them all and then some. She found us perfect vendors and managed all of the communication, ideation, and execution with them. There were many times she went way above and beyond what she was contracted to do for us. Whenever we were anxious about a detail, logistics, costs, etc, we could always jump on a call with Tracy and she'd find creative solutions as well as help us let go of the anxieties we had. Tracy and her team helped plan and execute my wedding flawlessly! It was a big task since I was getting married on a family property that needed to be converted to a wedding venue for 180 guests. It was a tall order, but I really can't say enough about how amazing Tracy was to work with. She took my ideas and ran with them to create the wedding of my dreams. Tracy was so flexible with my last minute requests and handled all of the details so I did not have to worry about them on my wedding day. She has an amazing eye for style and detail, and I was able to trust her creative judgment completely. It's also obvious that Tracy has built great relationships with other vendors. I cannot say enough great things about Tracy. She stepped in just 2 1/2 weeks before my wedding to coordinate when my previous wedding planner had to drop due to a medical emergency. She was available and always had a super prompt response time. She made my wedding day absolutely stress free. She was present to run the rehearsal, help make maps for guests, come up with a timeline, help coordinate vendors, table placement/ set up and wrangle my wild crew. This woman is incredible and I’m so thankful she was there to make our wedding day perfect!

My husband and I can’t thank Tracy enough for everything she did for us on our rehearsal and wedding days! Our wedding would not have been the same without her there- I can’t even imagine it any other way. As the bride, I felt completely at ease knowing everything from the timeline to the ceremony set up would be perfect because she was in charge! A wedding day is a huge event and it truly is the small details that made me worry prior to hiring her. Our wedding day had rain in the forecast and although we wanted an outside ceremony, that wasn’t possible. Tracy moved our ceremony inside and it went flawlessly. She created a timeline for the day and coordinated with the dj to make sure everything stayed on track. The dinner table set ups were flawless, her eye for detail is impeccable! She even made sure guests took wedding favors home with them. She was the Wonder Woman behind the scenes on our wedding day and I can’t stress enough how important hiring a wedding coordinator (Tracy!!) is!

Every moment from my initial contact to the last moment of the wedding with Tracy was flawless. She exceeded my expectations from creating a custom event schedule in a format that was actually helpful for the wedding party (vs. my excel spreadsheet) to showing up earlier than expecting and being able to with little direction just jump in and provide value immediately. Tracy's proactivity, flexibility and all around amazing day of support definitely made it so that I (as the wedding planner and guest) could enjoy the wedding and the bride would experience everything as planned on the big day. Every time I went to see if I could help or check in, Tracy was already a step ahead of me. Having booked Tracy on this project last minute it was such a welcome relief and lucky find to be in her very competent hands so I could enjoy the event. P3 Events and Tracy we're incredible at this October Wedding! As a DJ, I've worked with countless Coordinators, and let's just say there's not many I'd personally choose for my own events. Tracy, on the other hand, would for sure be a choice I'd be happy to make. She went above and beyond from the very beginning, contacting me well ahead of time to review the details of the Wedding, and ensure I always had what I needed. She acted as an advocate for the Bride & Groom at all times to help vendors, to make sure the event went on without any issues. I own a specialty/vintage rental company and Tracy contacted me almost a year before her client's wedding to find out what options we had for lounge furniture to fit the bride's vision. She was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process especially on the days leading up to the wedding and the whole wedding weekend.
