I'm going to tell it to you straight, this collection still requires work. You will have final say in all decisions and choices to make. Some of those will be hard, others easy. You will have homework.

When you book full planning, we hand pick your vendor team and curate your complete ceremony, cocktail hour and reception design, plus we setup, coordinate the day, and tear down after.

PARTIAL PLANNING
DESIGN + EXECUTION
This collection is for the couple who has secured their venue and majority of their main vendors and wants help with design.

P3 Event Co. will develop the full event design; ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. We also take over vendor communication, develop your day of timeline and layout.
​
When you book partial planning you are passing the "wedding baton" into the capable hands of P3 Event Co. to curate the look and feel of your wedding day + secure rentals and craft those bespoke details. This collection also includes setup, day of coordination and tear down.

STARTING AT $3,800
MONTH OF COORDINATION
For the couple who has completed the full list of to-do's it requires to plan a wedding, and want's peace of mind the day of by handing everything off to someone the day of for management. P3 Event Co. will step in one month out to schedule a site visit and develop your layout. We'll ensure all aspects of the wedding day have been considered. We'll assist in developing your day of timeline and follow up with all your vendors to confirm arrival times and contract requirements.
This collection also includes 1 on-site visit, rehearsal run through, and personal belongings pack up.
